HELP AT SHOW
Tweedbank DTC is a small club with only a handful of members, so you can imagine the huge task of organising a show of this size. We'd be extremely grateful for any help no matter how small.
Ideally we'd love it if each competitor could give up 1 hour of their free time over the weekend to help us out. We're planning on setting up a rota with 1 hour slots for each ring on the website. You'll be able to choose which hour you can help, ring and day and what type of job you can carry out. If you wish to offer help sooner please email the show management, or contact us via Facebook (Private Message) Natalie Scott or text 07939 300519. Shows can't run without the help and goodwill of the competitors and any help at all is much appreciated by the club. The rota will also be available at the show office throughout the weekend, should you find yourself with some free time and the urge to lend a hand!!
If your club or a group of individuals want to get together to run a ring for the day (or both days), we will give you £100 (per day) for your service. The ring party must cover all jobs including Scribe, Ring Manager, Scorer, Tickets, Leads etc. Email Natalie Scott with details.
Refreshments are available all day at each ring tent for ALL helpers!
Free entry/free camping/breakfast/lunch available for all Judges/Scribes, Working Tweedbank Members and Helpers who help out for the full day!
